It's a great time to be a Buffalo Bills fan! The Bills are 3-0 for the first time since 1992, and alone atop the AFC East for the first time since week 13 of 1996! (Whoa!) It's a strange place to be as a Bills fan. Our team is winning games going away, winning tight battles against good teams, and even winning games they "don't deserve" to win - like this last one!
This young team has a few players who are emerging as real leaders (with talent) and they are playing as a unit, and that seems to really be working. Trent Edwards is proving to be mature way "beyond his years", Donte Whitner is the "Team Dad" (according to John), and Marcus Stroud assured his teammates that good teams win games like this.
They were right.

Great show fellas. Great time to be a Bills fans. When I wear my Bills work out shirts to the gym I can wear it with pride instead of shame. HA!
Got a good story for you, was at the one Bills bar in DC and lo and behold who showed up but none other than the late great Tim Russerts' son, Luke Russert. He was there with his girlfriend and no one else, so after the game I couldn't help but notice no one was really talking to him, so i went up and introduced myself, and told him it would be an honor to do a shot with him. So long story short, did a shot and drank a beer with Luke and his girlfriend and some other Bills fans who also realized who it was. Shared some Bills and Sabres stories, talked about Buffalo, etc. Both of them were very down to earth and even his girlfriend was from Buffalo and was going off about how bad the Sabres stunk last season! Funny stuff!
Well here's to 4-0! Go Bills!
